This is unlike my swiss meringue buttercream cakes, and made with maple cream cheese icing! My famous carrot cake, previously served at Stefano's Cafe,  include layers of moist carrot cake,  semi-naked style icing, piped edges and crumbled nut praline.
 
You can choose to forgo the nut praline on top and customise with a flowers, greenery and/or acrylic topper.
